Guest access:

With a smart lock system, you can access the apartment completely independently, without having to worry about keys. You will receive detailed instructions after booking, ensuring a stress-free arrival.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, but we offer maximum flexibility, upon communication of the expected arrival times. Check-out is by 10:00, but we are available to agree on different times based on your needs and subject to availability by communicating it to us with at least 48 hours notice.

In case of need, it is always possible to request a luggage storage in the facility.

Our assistance is always active during the day, to guarantee you a perfect stay!

In compliance with Italian regulations, it will be necessary to check in via facial recognition of all guests and provide the identity card, including minors. This allows us to send the data to the competent authorities via the Web guest service.
